Job Discovery: Offers opportunities for individuals with autism spectrum disorder to explore job skills, interests and strengths. This will be done through volunteer work, job exploration, job shadowing, informational interviewing, labor market research, exploration of job/work tasks and preparation of an employment plan.
Individuals with disabilities are provided with tools and supports for their individualized job search, includes skill-building in resumes and cover letters, application advice, job readiness training classes, mock interviews, and retention supports for their first 90 days of employment.
