Transitional Housing/Shelter | Queen of Peace Center Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Recovery housing has four levels of care, of which OLPH will provide a level 2 monitored recovery residence. This means we have a house manager on site, peer run groups, regular drug screenings, house meetings, and all are involved in self-help and/or treatment services.

Provides family-centered care for women with substance-use disorders, their families, and at-risk youth through treatment, prevention and education, and housing. QOPC addresses the full continuum of needs for families impacted by substance use, co-occurring disorders, and trauma.
