- In-Home Early Intervention and First Steps Early Intervention: Children ages 6 weeks-3 years showing developmental delay(s) - Extended Intervention: Children ages 6 weeks-6 years who have documented developmental disabilities

- Documentation of disability - Must be certified through SPOE (System Point of Entry)
